  • Visit colleges, hiring events, and field locations to support recruitment drives.

  • Oversee employee records, joining formalities, onboarding, and maintenance of HRMS data.
  • Prepare payroll-related inputs, including attendance, leave, and reimbursement details.
  • Help draft, update, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and appointment/employment letters.
  • Respond to employee questions, manage grievances, and support compliance-related documentation.

Candidate profile

  • 2 to 4 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Previous work experience in AgriTech, rural development, NGOs, or sustainability-focused organizations is required.
  • Fluency in at least one South Indian language, along with Hindi; Telugu, Kannada, and Tamil are especially relevant.
  • Comfort with frequent travel to tier 2, tier 3, and tier 4 locations as well as field sites across South India.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both village-level candidates and senior leaders.
  • Practical experience using sourcing tools and recruitment platforms for talent search and hiring coordination.
