Role Purpose

As the HSE Trainer, you will report to the Project HSE Manager and work within the HSE Department on the COMP2 Project. The role is focused on designing and delivering health, safety, and environment training for employees, subcontractors, and vendors, while helping ensure regulatory compliance and a safer working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct HSE training sessions for both onshore and offshore teams.
• Develop, update, and keep training records and reports organized.
• Support the HSE Engineer in compiling weekly and monthly reports.
• Make sure training content and certifications meet Saipem and QELNG standards.
• Step in as the Training HSE Coordinator when required during absences.

Requirements

Education: A recognized international HSE qualification along with a valid training certificate.

Experience: At least 5 years of demonstrated experience working as an HSE/SHES Trainer. Prior exposure to Saipem and/or QELNG projects will be an advantage.

Languages: Strong command of English is required; Hindi fluency will be considered an added benefit.

Skills and Fitness: Solid understanding of HSE standards and training techniques, ability to train varied audiences in both onshore and offshore settings, strong reporting and documentation skills, and medical fitness for offshore work.
