About the Company
MEMF Electrical Industries Co. serves as the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group and contributes to Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure through locally engineered, high-quality electrical products. The company operates advanced manufacturing sites in Riyadh and supplies utility and industrial customers with a broad product range, including smart energy meters, circuit breakers (MCB, MCCB, and ACB), LV and MV instrument transformers, LV and MV switchgear solutions up to 36 kV, distribution and power transformers up to 10 MVA, as well as FRP meter boxes and feeder pillars. Role Overview
The HRBP Manager will act as a senior HR partner to business leaders, overseeing core people operations while shaping workforce strategy, employee relations, and HR systems. This role requires both operational depth and strategic influence, along with the ability to lead a large team and guide management on key workforce decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
- Work closely with business leaders to understand staffing requirements and deliver strategic HR guidance.
- Build, roll out, and maintain employee performance review frameworks.
- Address employee relations matters and labor conflicts in a professional, compliant manner.
- Manage HR activities on government platforms such as Qiwa, including contracts, transfers, and regulatory compliance.
- Supervise payroll operations to ensure accuracy, punctuality, and alignment with company rules and local regulations.
- Develop and refresh HR policies and procedures as business needs evolve.
- Drive organizational design efforts, including department structures, role definitions, and reporting relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a sizeable HR team while promoting strong performance and continuous growth.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Review HR data and metrics to identify opportunities for better productivity and retention.
- Ensure adherence to Saudi labor laws and internal policy requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on a wide range of HR matters.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Between 8 and 15 years of HR experience is expected, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings.
- Solid hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and performance management.
- Practical knowledge of labor issues and government HR platforms such as Qiwa is essential.
- Experience in organizational design and workforce structuring is needed.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead large HR teams.
- Strong understanding of labor regulations and modern HR practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are important.
- Fluency in English is required.
