Role Overview
This full-time housekeeping role is based in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, within the Housekeeping & Laundry function. The position is non-management and is not remote.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Guest Environment Expert, your work goes beyond making beds and tidying rooms. The focus is on shaping a polished, welcoming stay by keeping guest areas and the wider hotel environment clean, orderly, and visually appealing. You will handle a broad mix of housekeeping duties and help ensure the property consistently supports an excellent guest experience.
Typical work may include responding to guest requests, restocking housekeeping carts, cleaning guest rooms, and maintaining public areas. You will be expected to move throughout the property and take ownership of tasks as needed to keep service standards high.
Standards, Safety, and Working Style
Success in this role depends on maintaining a safe workplace, respecting company policies and procedures, protecting confidential information, and presenting yourself in a professional manner at all times. You will also be expected to maintain quality standards in appearance, grooming, and communication.
The job involves extended periods of standing, sitting, and walking, along with hands-on physical work such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. You may also be assigned other reasonable duties as needed.
