Compensation and schedule

• Pay is $30.23 per hour, with full-time hours and the opportunity to earn overtime.

• The standard schedule is 40 hours per week, arranged as four 10-hour shifts.
• Workdays are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with key contacts at customer locations while representing the company professionally.
• Deliver products accurately and on time, and unload them according to customer instructions.
• Handle invoices and complete daily account settlement tasks.
• Restock and rotate products in different environments and ensure merchandising standards are met at every account.
• Create product displays and install promotional materials such as price signs and banners.
• Complete all required documentation carefully and accurately.
• Carry out assigned duties safely, responsibly, and in compliance with transportation laws and regulations.

Physical demands and working conditions

• The job requires repeated lifting and carrying of loads up to 50 lbs over an 8 to 10 hour workday.
• You must be able to move heavy loads by hand and with equipment, which calls for strength, flexibility, agility, and endurance.
• Work may involve exposure to changing weather and temperature conditions, and driving in difficult road or weather situations.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to deal well with customers are important.
• A High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent is required.
• A valid AZ/Class 1 CDL driver’s license in good standing, along with a safe driving record, is mandatory.
• You should be physically fit for the demands of the role.
• You need to be self-driven and able to perform with minimal supervision.

Additional skills

• Availability to work extended hours and overtime is helpful.
• Experience driving a manual transmission vehicle is an advantage.
