Role Overview

The resort is looking for an Assistant Manager for the Front Office Enclave to support the Front Office Enclave Operations team. This position focuses on delivering polished guest service, coordinating front desk activity, and ensuring seamless arrivals, departures, and day-to-day operations in a luxury environment.

Key Duties

  • Manage the daily functioning of the Enclave front desk and keep check-in and check-out activity running efficiently.
  • Guide and support front office team members assigned to the Enclave area so service expectations are consistently met.
  • Welcome and assist VIP guests with arrivals, departures, and special arrangements in a discreet and professional manner.
  • Work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to align guest preferences with service delivery.
  • Review guest comments and identify service enhancements that can improve satisfaction.
