F&B Support Expert

Role overview

This position supports food and beverage operations by helping create a smooth, welcoming dining experience for guests. The role goes beyond serving food and drinks; it is focused on delivering memorable service while assisting the team wherever needed to keep operations running efficiently.

Key duties

The support expert may be asked to set tables, assist in the kitchen, tidy work areas, replenish supplies, and provide practical help so that guest transactions feel effortless and part of the overall experience.

Work expectations

Success in this role requires maintaining a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, meeting quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance, including uniform, grooming, and communication.

The job also involves being on your feet for extended periods, moving across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces, reading menu information visually, and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, placing, bending, and reaching. Objects may weigh up to 25 lb (11.4 kg) without assistance and up to 50 lb (22.7 kg) with assistance.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or an equivalent secondary-level qualification is preferred. No prior work experience is required, although experience in a restaurant or similar food service environment is recommended. No supervisory background is needed, and no license or certification is required.
