The business is involved in a range of high-impact construction and development assignments across several sectors and is looking to add a capable Executive Assistant to support the President as a trusted right-hand partner.
Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Boynton Beach, FL is responsible for delivering senior-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to the President. The role calls for strong judgment, confidentiality, organization, and the ability to stay ahead of needs in a busy, growth-focused environment.
The right candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable serving as both a gatekeeper and a strategic support partner, taking on increasing responsibility as the company expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level executive support to the President across daily administrative and operational needs.
- Coordinate schedules, priorities, communications, and follow-ups to help maximize the President’s time.
- Maintain organized administrative processes and support smooth internal operations.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and manage communication in a professional and effective manner.
- Anticipate needs, handle competing priorities, and keep tasks moving with minimal escalation.
- Exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment when handling sensitive information.
- Support a growing organization by taking on greater autonomy and responsibility as needed.
