What you will do

• Inspect, interpret, and improve complex Excel workbooks used in business operations, strategic planning, and data analysis.
• Share practical guidance, examples, and Excel best practices for operational and consulting-style use cases outside of finance.
• Create, document, and hand over templates or solutions that can be used as training material for AI systems.
• Work with the client’s team to understand important workflows and the operational issues reflected in spreadsheet-based processes.
• Test and model real business situations using advanced Excel formulas and features.
• Prepare clear written documentation and communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
• Help build data-analysis case studies and operational examples that rely on strong Excel expertise.

Skills and experience needed

• Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and automation capabilities.
• Hands-on experience building Excel-based solutions for business operations, strategic work, or consulting environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex non-financial business challenges with Excel.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain processes, build instructional materials, and deliver precise, practical feedback.
• Experience with data analysis, scenario planning, and workflow improvement in Excel.
• Comfort working independently, staying proactive, and managing work effectively in a remote setup.
