Role overview
We are seeking a Document Reviewer to support the training of next-generation AI systems. In this remote contract position, you will help improve how models learn, reason, and perform by reviewing real-world data with care and precision.
What you'll do
- Inspect high volumes of both structured and unstructured information, making sure records are complete and accurate.
- Spot data issues, inconsistencies, and possible privacy concerns tied to personally identifiable information (PII).
- Tag, sort, and when required, mask sensitive content to support privacy and compliance requirements.
- Work within defined procedures, rules, and classification systems to organize and validate data correctly.
- Run quality checks to confirm the integrity of information and the reliability of outputs.
- Keep thorough documentation of reviewed materials and any actions completed so work can be traced clearly.
- Coordinate with the client team and communicate findings, observations, and recommendations clearly in both written and spoken form.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with document review, auditing, annotation, redaction, or large-scale data classification.
- A strong eye for detail and the ability to stay accurate during repetitive work.
- Understanding of how to handle and safeguard personally identifiable information (PII).
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for recording results and working with teammates.
- Comfort following detailed instructions, rules, and taxonomy-based workflows.
- Experience carrying out QA or validation tasks across sizable datasets.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining both speed and precision.
Preferred background
- Experience in legal, compliance, privacy, auditing, or information security environments.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning projects that rely on data operations.
- Familiarity with collaboration software and digital workflow tools.
