Dispensing Technician

Role overview

Woolworths Pharmacy is seeking a Dispensing Technician to join the Newtown team in Wellington. You will report to the Pharmacy Manager and contribute to a pharmacy network that serves local communities with convenient access to pharmaceutical support.

Working pattern

This position follows a Monday to Friday roster from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key duties

• Accurately dispense medicines and support safe pharmacy operations.
• Check stock availability and keep track of inventory levels.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service.

What the role needs

The right person will be motivated by making a positive difference for customers and the wider community, and will take pride in doing what is right for customers.

To be successful, you should have prior retail experience, hold NZQA Level 4 or 5 registration as a technician with accreditation, and be able to provide the appropriate documentation showing your right to work in Aotearoa.
