Creative Media Associate

About the role

Ideo Graphics is looking for a Creative Media Associate to contribute across branding, social media creatives, motion graphics, and video editing. This position is based in Kochi, Kerala and is intended for someone who can bring strong visual thinking, technical design ability, and a good sense of brand communication to day-to-day creative work.

What you will be expected to do

• Work on brand-focused design assignments, including identity development and supporting visual assets.
• Create content for social media platforms with an understanding of platform-specific formats and presentation standards.
• Produce motion graphics and edit videos as part of creative campaigns and communication needs.
• Apply brand positioning principles while developing logos and identity materials.
• Use creative software and AI-assisted tools to support ideation, production, and workflow efficiency.
• Organize files carefully, handle multiple assignments at once, and adapt to changing project needs.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and accept feedback constructively to refine output.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics, video editing, branding, or a closely related creative field.
• A portfolio demonstrating work in branding, social media design, motion graphics, and video editing.
• Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Strong capability in logo design and visual identity creation.
• Working familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT for prompt writing, Midjourney, and Freepik.
• Good understanding of Instagram content formats, video requirements, and visual best practices.
• Creative thinking, flexibility, strong visual storytelling, and the ability to manage several tasks efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward feedback.
