Key responsibilities

• Produce, refine, and publish original content for the website, blog, and social media pages.
• Write engaging and effective copy for social captions, property adverts, marketing campaigns, email campaigns, website pages, and promotional content.
• Generate new content ideas and campaign concepts that connect with the intended audience.
• Work closely with designers and videographers to create visually strong content assets.
• Track content results and performance data, then use insights to improve reach and engagement.
• Keep up with industry developments and content best practices to ensure the output stays relevant and fresh.
• Reply to followers, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and requirements

• Background as a content creator, writer, or in a comparable role within a real estate environment.
• Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable using content management systems and social media tools.
• Good grasp of SEO fundamentals and current optimization practices.
• Creative thinking with the ability to produce original ideas.
• Capable of working on own initiative and delivering work within deadlines.
