Key responsibilities

• Teach and actively involve students across multiple grade levels in STEM-related learning.
• Build and refine curriculum content, learning material, and teaching approaches for school programs.
• Use strong subject knowledge to explain STEM concepts aligned with Grades 1-10 curriculum.
• Help prepare students for academic, national, or international competitions when needed.
• Support and train teachers on curriculum usage, classroom delivery, and content implementation.
• Contribute to educational innovation by improving lesson delivery and teaching methods.
• Maintain effective classroom management, communication, and presentation standards.
• Work flexibly across both classroom teaching and curriculum development responsibilities.

Eligibility and requirements

Applicants should have at least 1 year of experience and must be based in Bangalore. Candidates from Computer Science Engineering backgrounds are mentioned as eligible. The role is open to those with a Bachelor’s degree in science, mathematics, engineering, education, or a closely related discipline. A B.Sc., M.Sc. in electronics, computer science, physics, or a B.Tech is also listed under additional requirements.
