Role overview

This is a full-time co-founder opportunity based in Siliguri, West Bengal, with hybrid flexibility that allows remote work when required. The person in this role will help shape the company’s direction, manage key operations, and contribute directly to business expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Help define the company’s strategic direction and growth priorities.
• Take ownership of operational planning and execution.
• Carry out market analysis to support business decisions.
• Create and implement sales and marketing plans to drive growth.
• Build professional networks and develop strategic partnerships.
• Work toward company objectives and ensure alignment with the overall vision.

Qualifications and requirements

• Strong ability to analyze information and use data to guide decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal ability.
• Hands-on experience in sales and marketing, including strategy development and execution.
• Capability to research market opportunities, trends, and business risks.
• Leadership experience in a startup or business environment is a strong advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related area; a higher degree is preferred.
• Ability to stay effective in a fast-moving environment while managing several priorities at once.
