Role overview
As a FENDI ambassador in the Riyadh store, you will deliver a premium and refined client experience. Your focus will be on introducing customers to the brand story and products, strengthening loyalty, attracting new clientele, and contributing to both personal and store-level sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Drive individual sales results while meeting agreed performance indicators and targets.
- Use upselling, cross-selling, and multi-item selling techniques across all product categories.
- Provide service that reflects company standards and delivers a consistently exceptional client experience.
- Build long-term customer relationships and help grow a loyal FENDI client base through appropriate CRM tools.
- Maintain high service quality by responding to client needs with professionalism and a personal touch.
- Operate retail systems correctly for stock transfers, payment handling, stock checks, and customer data entry.
- Assist with day-to-day store operations as needed.
Profile
- At least 2 years of experience in fashion or luxury sales.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
- Strong interest in retail and current fashion trends.
- Confident verbal communication, with a friendly, patient, and self-directed approach.
- Well organized, professional, and self-assured.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
