Cabin Crew (Dubai Based, Relocation Provided)

Role overview

Emirates is hiring cabin crew for a Dubai-based role with relocation support provided. This position is the public face of the airline, where you will help passengers feel comfortable, guide them when needed, and deliver a high standard of onboard service.

The role goes beyond hospitality. Safety is the top priority, so you must be confident in handling aircraft service duties, security processes, and safety procedures. Training is delivered at Emirates’ advanced facility in Dubai.

• Represent the airline professionally and serve as the main point of contact for customers onboard.
• Offer friendly, attentive support to passengers from a wide range of backgrounds.
• Manage cabin services while keeping safety and security procedures front and center.
• Respond calmly and confidently in situations that require direction or control.
• Work as part of a team to deliver an authentic and consistent customer experience.

Experience and qualification requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
• A positive, service-focused mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
• Comfort dealing with people from many cultures and backgrounds.
• Minimum education level: high school graduate, Grade 12.
• Strong spoken and written English skills.
• Minimum height of 160 cm, with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes.
• No visible tattoos while wearing the Emirates cabin crew uniform, unless covered with bandages or cosmetics.
• Must be based in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Pay and benefits

The salary package consists of a fixed monthly base salary, hourly flying pay, and an overseas meal allowance. For Grade II (Economy Class), the basic salary is AED 4,980 per month and flying pay is AED 69.60 per hour based on an average of 80 to 100 flight hours per month, bringing the average total pay to AED 11,244 per month. The approximate equivalent is USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280.

Meal allowances for overnight stays are added to salary in arrears in the following month. The company provides hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport. Additional benefits include a tax-free salary, profit share, concessional travel, relocation assistance for settling in Dubai, free accommodation and transport, medical insurance, life insurance, dental insurance, and discounted flights for friends and family.
