We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Level Software Architect to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. This role involves designing and implementing complex software solutions for enterprise-level systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment with business objectives and technological strategies. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of software development, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to deliver scalable and robust enterprise software solutions.

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing, and secure enterprise-level software solutions within a globally distributed product organization.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into detailed architectural blueprints.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural guidelines.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and tools for enterprise software development.
• Conduct architectural reviews and propose improvements for optimization.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to foster continuous improvement in software architecture and development processes.
• Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure effective deployment, management, and scaling of software products.
• Perform performance analysis and optimization of software products.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ensure product compliance with organizational Cyber Security standards.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Over 15 years of experience in enterprise-level software product development using the Microsoft Technology Stack.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically as a Software Architect for complex Enterprise Software Products.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level software solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of software development methodologies, architectural styles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with both on-premises and cloud-based architectures, microservices, and containerization technologies.
• Experience in playing an architect role within a large Agile environment.
• Proven ability to develop CI/CD-friendly Enterprise Software products.
• Capability to foster and maintain innovation from a technical perspective.
• Skill in communicating a strong technical vision and managing the architectural runway of a product.
• Demonstrated big-picture thinking.
• Proficiency in .NET 4.6 and above, C#, WCF, ASP.NET with MVC, ADO.NET, REST, JavaScript, Angular, Microsoft Report Builder, ASP.NET web services, TypeScript, TLS, IIS configuration, COM, DCOM, HTML 5, MSTest, LINQ, MQTT, MSMQ.
• Knowledge of best practices in CI/CD.
• Ensuring the highest standards of Cyber Security across all product development phases (architecture, design, development, testing, and continuous integration).

• Relevant certifications such as TOGAF or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous.
• Experience with Configuration Management tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub is desirable.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols and device communication is a plus.
• Preferred domain experience includes Energy, Telecom, Network Management, or Healthcare.
• Experience with Collaboration Services like Yammer, Teams, PowerApps, and Power Automate is beneficial.
