About the Role
SNS iHUB is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth across GCC setup, staff augmentation, managed services, and product platform offerings. The role is focused on enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and expanding long-term client relationships for the iHub / Square ecosystem.

The organization supports global clients through services spanning staffing, product engineering, and integrated platform-based engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business for GCC build-and-scale engagements, staff augmentation, managed services, and product platform solutions.
- Manage the full sales journey, including prospecting, solution design, pricing, negotiation, deal closure, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, delivery heads, and procurement stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and win opportunities from US and other global enterprise markets.
- Create strong pipelines and account growth plans for long-term expansion.
- Lead GCC onboarding, hiring ramp-up, and continuing account development.
- Oversee large staff augmentation and product/platform implementation programs.
- Drive renewals as well as upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Partner with leadership on service design, pricing strategy, and go-to-market planning.
- Monitor market developments and shape solutions that align with enterprise demand.
- Take ownership of proposals, solution architecture, RFP/RFI responses, demos, and presentations.
- Work closely with delivery, product, recruitment, and marketing teams.
- Guide junior business development team members and contribute to a strong sales culture.
Experience and Qualifications
This position requires 7 to 12 years of experience in IT services, GCC, staff augmentation, or product/platform sales. A strong track record of winning GCC setup, staff augmentation, or enterprise platform deals is expected, along with experience managing US and global enterprise customers. The role also calls for excellent solutioning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
