Business Development Manager

Role Overview

Digmarit Agency is a growth-focused partner that helps brands in user acquisition and audience expansion across the APAC region. The business works with fintech platforms, digital asset ventures, and digital entertainment companies to deliver scalable growth across markets. The team is now hiring an experienced partnerships professional to support its international expansion in Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow affiliate and content-led growth channels across major APAC markets, including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.
• Handle the complete partnership process, from identifying prospects and engaging influencers to structuring agreements based on performance models such as cost-per-action, revenue share, and blended arrangements.
• Review partner quality and measure campaign outcomes with attention to retention, engagement, and the lifetime value of users acquired.
• Support audience growth for digital products by designing acquisition approaches adapted to local market needs.
• Work with tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and reporting dashboards to monitor funnels and assess campaign performance.
• Coordinate with SEO, content, and operations functions to keep growth initiatives aligned with broader business goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, commercial growth, or user acquisition, preferably in fintech, digital assets, or digital entertainment.
• Strong command of Mandarin or Cantonese at native or bilingual level, along with fluent English, to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
• A demonstrated history of expanding partnerships across several Asian markets.
• Hands-on experience using HubSpot, Google Analytics, or comparable CRM and analytics platforms.
