Role Overview

We are seeking Business Development Executives for our e-commerce operations in Tiruppur. The role involves direct interaction with sellers, promoting Myntra as a sales platform, facilitating seller onboarding, nurturing strong seller relationships, and supporting their growth within the platform. Meeting monthly onboarding targets is a key responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct seller visits within the designated territory.
• Articulate the advantages of selling on the Myntra platform.
• Persuade sellers to join and register on Myntra.
• Assist sellers throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain positive and productive relationships with sellers.
• Support sellers in expanding their business on Myntra.
• Consistently achieve monthly onboarding goals.

Requirements

• MBA fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Alternatively, any graduate with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Tamil is mandatory.

Work Schedule & Benefits

• Workdays: 6 days per week.
• One rotational weekly off day.
• Salary up to ₹32,000 monthly.
• Additional petrol allowance of ₹2,000 per month.
