Apprentice/Trainee Process Associate - Recruitment

About the Role

We invite motivated fresh graduates to join our Talent Acquisition team as Trainee Process Associates. This role offers a robust foundation in recruitment by providing immersive training and exposure to the entire hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for hiring and meeting recruitment targets.
• Comprehend the recruitment needs of the organization thoroughly.
• Utilize job portals, professional networking sites, social media, and other platforms to source potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary screening of resumes and hold initial HR interviews.
• Arrange and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Keep candidate databases and recruitment trackers up to date and accurate.
• Maintain communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

Additional Information

• Compensation during training ranges between ₹21,000 to ₹25,000 CTC per month.
• Work schedule involves six working days per week.
• Education requirement: graduation is mandatory.
