Role Overview

This work-from-home role is for a Business Development Associate who will drive client outreach, explain staffing services, and help build strong business relationships while coordinating closely with recruitment teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients to learn about their hiring requirements.
• Confidently pitch Hidani Tech’s staffing and recruitment solutions.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
• Work with internal recruitment teams to support smooth candidate delivery.
• Regularly achieve and surpass outreach and business targets.

Eligibility

Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience.

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
• Graduation in BTech/BE, BBA, BCA, or MA.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
• Own a laptop and maintain a reliable internet connection.
• Preference will be given to candidates who speak Telugu or Gujarati.
