What You’ll Do
- Search for and bid on relevant opportunities across Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and similar platforms.
- Review project briefs and create tailored proposals that match client needs.
- Communicate professionally with prospects and nurture ongoing client connections.
- Track submitted bids and respond to client follow-ups and inquiries.
- Work with development and design teams to understand scope, estimates, and delivery needs.
- Discuss project scope, budget, and timelines with clients during negotiations.
- Keep organized records of bids, leads, and potential projects.
- Support business growth through online platforms and direct outreach.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or comparable freelancing marketplaces.
- Strong English writing and speaking ability.
- Practical understanding of services such as Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, UI/UX Design, and Mobile App Development.
- Ability to draft convincing, personalized proposals.
- Fundamental knowledge of estimating projects and evaluating client requirements.
- Good negotiation abilities and client management skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and focused on hitting targets.
Preferred Strengths
- Exposure to CRM software and lead tracking processes.
