About the Role

This position is for energetic baristas who can craft excellent handmade coffee while also contributing to a welcoming guest experience. The role combines beverage preparation, customer interaction, quality service, and team collaboration. You may support customers directly, assist with food and drink preparation, or help keep daily operations running efficiently as part of a cooperative and fast-moving team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a range of hot and cold drinks, such as espresso-based beverages, teas, and specialty menu items.
• Welcome customers, accept orders, and suggest options based on their preferences.
• Use coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and point-of-sale systems correctly, efficiently, and safely.
• Maintain hygiene standards and comply with food safety and health regulations at all times.
• Replenish stock and help manage inventory as needed.
• Work closely with team members to support smooth day-to-day operations.
• Address customer concerns and feedback in a professional manner.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Prior experience working as a barista or in a café environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is required.
• Interest in creating great guest experiences, making recommendations, and supporting efficient store operations is important.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with both customers and colleagues.
