Role overview

You will be part of a pharmaceutical manufacturing team focused on helping critical medicines reach patients and healthcare professionals on time. The position calls for someone who takes ownership of their work, contributes reliably to team goals, and is committed to improving quality, safety, and output.

What you will do

• Own your individual responsibilities and contribute toward team targets while coordinating smoothly with coworkers.
• Manage your time effectively and stay accountable for your output and professional growth.
• Carry out routine and moderately complex tasks by following approved procedures within agreed timelines.
• Recognize and resolve issues that are moderately routine in nature.
• Work under moderate supervision and escalate any deviation from standard process to the supervisor.
• Verify that completed work meets accuracy, quality, and compliance expectations.
• Set up and operate assigned tools, equipment, machines, and materials, while confirming that required parts and inventory are available before production begins.
• Follow plant safety rules and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) at all times.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and look for ways to improve safety and process performance.

Minimum qualifications

A high school diploma or GED along with at least 2 years of relevant experience is required. You should bring strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, clear communication, good interpersonal skills, the ability to work both independently and in a team, and a careful, well-organized approach to your work.

Preferred experience

Additional advantage will be given to candidates who have worked in a cGMP manufacturing environment, have used manufacturing software or related tools, can adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-moving setting, have shown leadership or mentoring ability, and have some familiarity with AI tools and interest in learning how they can improve productivity.
