Role Overview

The AI & Digital Operations Engineer will collaborate closely with technical and business teams to raise productivity through the practical use of AI tools. This is a very hands-on position with regular interaction across engineers, researchers, management, and business development. The person in this role will act as the company’s internal lead for AI-enabled workflows and digital project management.

Core Responsibilities

AI integration: Spot areas where engineering and administrative processes can be improved using AI. Guide employees in using AI tools effectively, create reusable prompts and agent-based workflows, and support teams in applying AI to research, proposal creation, technical documentation, project planning, and reporting. Also assess new AI products and suggest what fits the organization best.

Workflow automation: Build automations using AI and no-code/low-code tools, connect relevant business applications, strengthen documentation and knowledge-sharing systems, and cut down repetitive administrative effort through automation.

Documentation and knowledge management: Create SOPs for AI-supported workflows, manage internal knowledge resources, prepare training content, and run workshops for users.

Continuous improvement: Track productivity gains, identify useful digital tools, and stay informed about progress in AI, automation, and project management software.

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate should have strong familiarity with modern generative AI platforms, solid analytical and communication abilities, relevant professional experience, and the capacity to work well with multidisciplinary technical teams. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required. Experience with Python scripting, SQL, and API integration is also expected.
