Role Overview
Akkodis is looking for a Training Coordinator to support training, program coordination, and administrative activities on a permanent basis. This role is aligned to a US shift schedule from 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST and can be based in Noida or Chennai. The position supports a global digital engineering organization that works across consulting, solutions, talent, and academy services.

Key Responsibilities
The role involves coordinating training and development activities, supporting program administration, and handling day-to-day operational tasks from a remote setup. It also includes maintaining accurate records, supporting engagement tracking, and contributing to reporting and documentation tasks.
Experience and Working Style
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in program coordination, training and development, and/or administrative support. The role requires the ability to work independently, manage routine tasks remotely, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Knowledge and Technical Requirements
Candidates should be comfortable using Microsoft Office tools at an intermediate level, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint. Exposure to Power BI, Microstrategy, Bullhorn, Credly, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator, is considered helpful. Experience with digital credentialing platforms, learning management systems, and user engagement analytics/reporting is an advantage.
Skills and Work Approach
The position calls for clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines. The person should be proactive, capable of taking ownership with limited supervision, quick to learn new technologies, and effective at handling change.
