Role Impact and Responsibilities

You will be tasked with building advanced backend products that deliver significant value to clients, directly contributing to new projects and revenue generation.

Candidate Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

• 1 to 3 years of backend development experience, with proficiency in one or more of C++, Golang, Python, or Rust.
• Expertise in at least one Python web framework such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong programming skills emphasizing object-oriented design and knowledge of design patterns.
• Experience or familiarity with AI/ML concepts and distributed systems is highly preferred.
• Understanding of key-value stores, caching mechanisms, search technologies, and message queuing systems.
• A critical, research-focused mindset and problem-solving approach.

Desirable Skills

• Practical experience working with container technologies like Docker and orchestration systems such as Kubernetes.
• Comfort working in Linux or similar operating systems.
