Shift Manager

This role is based at the Wildwood branch: 2957 Traverse Trail, Wildwood, FL.

Role overview

The Shift Manager supports the restaurant’s daily operations by helping create a positive experience for both employees and guests. This person works closely with the team and leads through hands-on example.

Eligibility and requirements

• Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
• A high school diploma or an equivalent qualification is required.
• Completion of the Flippers Pizzeria MIT Program is mandatory.
• ServSafe Manager certification is required.
• The ideal candidate should be self-driven and bring a welcoming, upbeat personality.
• Must be able to coach, train, and guide all team members effectively.
• Prior experience delivering strong customer service in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency is needed.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the assistant general manager and general manager to create a high-performing, positive team culture.
• Continuously work on improving personal capabilities and helping the team grow, while staying open to advancement.
• Maintain strong attention to product quality and customer satisfaction through accurate preparation, food safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor food, beverage, and paper inventory levels, set appropriate pars, and reduce waste and loss.
