Role Overview

Joining the CIO Advisory team, you will play a critical role in shaping IT services by advising business and IT leaders and leveraging the ServiceNow platform to fulfill their requirements. Success requires clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, a thorough knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, and understanding of IT delivery models and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess detailed knowledge of various ServiceNow modules, spanning functional and technical areas.
• Lead implementation projects and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, UI customization, business logic, and client scripting.
• Manage configuration of ServiceNow modules aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
• Perform rigorous testing and debugging to ensure ServiceNow applications are stable and perform optimally.
• Analyze complex business challenges and provide ongoing support through troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate effectively with project leads, analysts, and developers to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as a key liaison for stakeholders, resolving concerns and aligning solutions with business goals.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, MIS, or relevant discipline; equivalent practical experience may be accepted.
• At least 10 years in architecture or senior technical roles, with substantial exposure to ServiceNow.
• Highly desirable certifications include ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) and Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
• Excellent analytical abilities and innovative problem-solving skills to tackle technical complexities.
• Proven capacity to work collaboratively in teams while managing multiple priorities.
• Outstanding communication skills, capable of explaining technical subjects to non-technical audiences.
