Role Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to maintain a safe environment at a key retail client location. The role focuses on ensuring customer and public safety while exemplifying high standards of conduct as outlined by PSA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent security presence at the client site to guarantee a safe and positive experience for customers and the public.
- Uphold professional representation of the company and adhere strictly to PSA code of conduct standards.
Essential Criteria
- Possession of a current and valid PSA License.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently.
- Experience operating CCTV surveillance equipment.
- Capability to provide a comprehensive 5-year work history with references.
- Outstanding communication and report writing abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.
- Prior experience in retail security roles is mandatory.
- Full flexibility regarding scheduling commitments.
