Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at VGM Consultant Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This role focuses on promoting personal loan products by reaching out to both potential and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects and current customers to market personal loan offerings.
- Clearly communicate loan details including features, benefits, and eligibility requirements.
- Generate and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Perform follow-ups with clients to finalize sales transactions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure proper loan documentation and processing.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly sales objectives.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or higher.
- Open to both freshers and experienced applicants.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Compensation
Salary ranges between 15000 and 18000 INR per month.
