Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Python Engineer to join a pioneering company specializing in large language models (LLMs). This full-time remote position offers the chance to work from anywhere and contribute to enhancing and fine-tuning AI models by delivering premium proprietary data for benchmarking and improvement.

Primary Responsibilities

Architect, develop, and sustain efficient Python codebases focused on AI model training and optimization.
Perform comprehensive evaluations to benchmark model performance and interpret results for iterative enhancement.
Assess and rank AI model answers to diverse user queries ensuring they meet established quality criteria.
Lead supervised fine-tuning initiatives, including the creation and upkeep of precise, task-specific datasets.
Collaborate closely with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning guided by human feedback and improve reward models.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Python programming and associated AI/ML libraries and frameworks.
Hands-on experience with supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF).
Deep understanding of AI model evaluation methods and benchmarking techniques.
Ability to design Python scripts for data generation and optimize model training pipelines.
Knowledge of methods for evaluating and ranking AI model responses across multiple domains.
