Role Overview

We are seeking skilled Progress Developers to create, develop, and maintain sophisticated, high-efficiency Progress applications that support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and sustain complex Progress applications critical to business processes.
• Apply and uphold organizational coding standards and best practices specifically for Progress on-premise systems.
• Lead peer code reviews ensuring adherence to quality benchmarks.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior development team members.
• Diagnose and resolve critical issues related to back office systems and configurations on a global scale.
• Improve and optimize the performance of Progress OpenEdge databases and associated code.
• Ensure compliance with documentation protocols as defined in company SOPs.
• Manage and oversee corrective actions related to security vulnerabilities.
• Utilize expertise in Progress OpenEdge database technologies and tools.
