Role Overview

Zealthy is hiring a full-time Operations Manager to support day-to-day execution and help strengthen the systems behind the company’s telehealth operations. This is a full-time, in-person position based in New York, NY.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across a large network of around 200 coordinators, 200 providers, and 20 coaches, keeping everyone aligned with business priorities.
  • Create and improve scalable operational processes using the provider and coordinator portal, ZenDesk, and other third-party tools.
  • Act as the primary contact for provider-related requests and work to resolve them efficiently.
  • Track and review OKRs to uncover opportunities for stronger performance.
  • Build, document, and refine workflows and SOPs that improve how the team operates.
  • Regularly assess the telehealth delivery model and update processes to stay compliant with regulations and aligned with best practices.
  • Coordinate with pharmacy partners and develop dependable systems that support smooth, detail-oriented operations.
  • Examine operational and clinical data to identify improvement areas and guide decisions.
  • Partner closely with the operations team, CEO, and other leaders to execute and improve strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of special projects and ad hoc work with a strong sense of accountability.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year in a people management role, preferably in a telehealth or healthcare startup.
