Role Overview

The Operations Associate will oversee daily operations of a ride or attraction, focusing on maintaining safety and well-being for both guests and team members. The role requires concentration for extended periods, multitasking, team leadership, and safe handling of large machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute correct ride and attraction startup and shutdown procedures.
• Manage and regulate guest queues efficiently for all attractions.
• Perform accurate height measurements for guests.
• Prepare ride platforms to ensure smooth operation.
• Distribute and fit any mandatory ride safety gear to visitors.
• Supervise safe and efficient guest loading and unloading.
• Inspect ride restraints, safety belts, and equipment to secure guest comfort and safety at all times.
• Verify availability and condition of safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
• Maintain clear communication with guests, colleagues, and management continually.
• Utilize ride stop and emergency stop functions effectively when needed.
• Create enjoyable and memorable experiences for visitors.
• Responsible for opening and closing of ride attractions.
• Adhere to all health and safety policies rigorously.
• Document daily operations including downtimes, guest throughput, and staff breaks accurately.
• Maintain organized and precise ride operation records.
• Lead response during ride downtimes and emergency situations.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the environment.
• Maintain focus and engagement during long shifts and varying park activity levels.
• Perform additional duties as business needs arise.

• Arabic language proficiency is an advantage.

• Training in ride operation managing small teams and ensuring safety.
• Capacity to concentrate for extended durations without interruption.
• Capability to multitask effectively.
• Skill in operating machinery properly and safely.

Working Conditions and Expectations

This position involves significant standing and verbal communication during shifts. The role demands consistent attentiveness throughout both quiet and busy periods onsite.
