Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all plant areas are clean and organized
• Perform sweeping, mopping, and dusting tasks regularly
• Wipe down and sanitize surfaces to maintain hygiene
• Empty trash and recycling receptacles timely
• Clean, sanitize, and stock restroom facilities
• Organize deck storage including tools and materials
• Maintain outdoor grounds by clearing debris
• Complete assigned duties promptly with little supervision
• Observe safety guidelines and company policies diligently
• Report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to supervisors

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is dependable and detail-conscious with strong work ethics. They should take pride in keeping a clean, orderly workspace and be competent in working independently following safety rules. Effective communication, multitasking ability, and a proactive approach to maintenance issues are crucial.

Qualifications and Preferences

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
• Effective time management and attention to detail skills
• Good team player and able to work independently
• Competent in handling various cleaning products safely
• Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment
• Reliable in following schedules and supervisor instructions
• Computer proficiency is favorable
• Bilingual candidates are preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Must wear required personal protective equipment including safety boots, glasses, hearing protection, reflective vest, and hard hat
• Ability to stand, walk, and move safely within active plant and field settings
• Capability to climb stairs and navigate uneven terrain
• Exposure to industrial hazards such as moving equipment and machinery
• Potential exposure to outdoor weather elements like heat, cold, wind, rain, as well as noise, dust, and vibration
