Hub Commando

About the Role

RIDEV is actively seeking a Hub Commando located in Ernakulam, Kerala to facilitate daily hub functions and ensure an efficient and positive experience for riders arriving at the hub.

Key Duties

• Oversee the deployment and handover of vehicles to riders, guaranteeing seamless coordination and an excellent rider experience.
• Assist with daily operational tasks within the hub, including managing rider coordination, vehicle tracking, and supporting other operational activities.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records and reports pertaining to vehicles, riders, and hub operations.
• Collaborate closely with the Hub Manager and the onsite team to uphold discipline, operational efficiency, and smooth hub performance.

Candidate Profile

• Fresh candidates or applicants with up to one year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree, and demonstrate eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam communication, coupled with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate effectively.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets and a willingness to operate in a hands-on, field-facing environment.
• Attributes such as patience, responsibility, and attentiveness toward both riders and vehicles are essential.
• Previous exposure to electric vehicles, logistics, fleet management, or operations will be considered advantageous.

Compensation and Location

The role offers a monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000. The workplace is in Ernakulam, Kerala.
