About the Company
Fincrif India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join their Human Resources team located in Noida, Delhi-NCR. This full-time position focuses on recruitment within BFSI and Sales domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for BFSI and Sales roles.
- Identify and source candidates using job portals, professional networking sites, referrals, and other avenues.
- Conduct initial HR screenings and interviews with potential candidates.
- Organize interviews, manage follow-ups, oversee selection process, and facilitate joining formalities.
- Maintain daily reports of recruitment activities (MIS) ensuring timely completion of hiring tasks.
- Meet hiring targets within set deadlines.
- Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
Essential Requirements
- Between four to six years of recruitment experience, ideally in BFSI or Sales sectors.
- Proficient in sourcing candidates and managing candidate interactions effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven with excellent persistence in following up.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and LinkedIn.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.
