Housekeeper

Position Overview

FutureCare Associates is seeking dedicated Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and sanitation within our facility and resident areas, adhering strictly to Environmental Services department standards. These team members conduct daily cleaning rounds to ensure a hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of assigned areas following strict sanitary protocols.
• Immediate reporting of maintenance concerns upon discovery.
• Compliance with safety and infection control standards to uphold cleanliness.
• Ensuring all equipment, carts, and workspaces remain tidy and sanitary.
• Monitoring cleaning supply inventory and alerting management to replenish stock as necessary.
• Adhering to Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) guidelines for chemical usage.
• Complying with FutureCare’s ethics and corporate compliance policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of one year housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing environment.
• Familiarity with commercial cleaning chemicals advantageous.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Cordial and respectful interaction with residents and colleagues.
• Capability to multitask and flexibility in scheduling appreciated.
• Physical ability to perform duties involving standing, bending, stooping, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation Details

The offered pay range is $15.70 to $17.50 per hour. Salary offers depend on experience, qualifications, certifications, and location. Bonuses or incentives, if applicable, are provided separately according to company policies.
