Key Responsibilities
- Identify and strategically approach potential major donors and corporate partners
- Conduct meaningful conversations, including thank-you calls, donation handovers, and donor visits
- Plan and execute donor events and presentations on-site
- Develop and maintain strong networks with businesses, multipliers, and supporter groups regionally
- Utilize tools and expertise to plan, document, and analyze fundraising activities data-driven
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years' experience in sales, key account management, or fundraising
- Ability to engage people through compelling communication, authenticity, and presence
- Familiarity working with decision-makers in B2B and B2C settings
- Preferably holds a degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or similar
- Structured, solution-focused, and self-directed work approach
- Excellent written and spoken German, proficient with digital tools especially MS Office, CRM, and AI applications
