Job Responsibilities

• Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or manual methods.
• Organize and store sanitized dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools in their designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of kitchen workspaces, equipment, and utensils.
• Sweep and mop floors, empty trash bins, and uphold safety and hygiene standards within the kitchen environment.
• Collect and dispose of trash in assigned pickup zones.
• Follow sanitation procedures and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Help with unloading deliveries and proper storage of goods.
• Carry out other kitchen tasks as directed by the culinary staff or supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• No mandatory educational background; having a high school diploma or equivalent is advantageous.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or related position is beneficial.
• Capability to work efficiently in a high-paced and demanding kitchen setting.
• Strong attention to detail with dedication to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Physical endurance to stand for long hours and move heavy trays or racks.
• Basic understanding of sanitation rules and food safety guidelines.
• Collaborative mindset with good communication skills.
