Customer Project Manager

About the Role

Ericsson is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Project Manager to lead the delivery of Fulfillment Assignment Specifications (FAS) with excellence. This position ensures adherence to Ericsson's high standards and customer expectations, fully accountable for project goals while complying with legal, financial, and Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) directives. The role emphasizes data security, financial oversight, and creating customer value to support Ericsson's operational success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless contract-to-delivery transition through structured coordination with pre-sales teams.
• Develop and maintain the project baseline plan, clarifying scope, managing resources, monitoring progress, and addressing critical issues or changes.
• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to maintain alignment throughout project phases.
• Lead financial performance tracking to achieve target unadjusted margins.
• Execute project delivery within defined scope, budget, and schedule, while complying with all legal, ethical, and environmental standards.
• Manage contracts with third-party vendors and partners according to Ericsson's quality and compliance policies.
• Ensure accurate and timely data for effective reporting.
• Adhere strictly to Project Management frameworks and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
• Support business growth by engaging in contract preparations and pre-sales activities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
• At least 5 years of experience in Network Implementation Projects, including a minimum of 2 years in project management roles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
• Expertise in Radio Network architecture or integration.
• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in project and program management covering financial and scope controls.
• Strong skills in stakeholder and customer relationship management.
• Experience with change management, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
• Negotiation and consultative abilities.
• Financial literacy and competence in data analysis.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Ericsson product portfolio and software development skills are beneficial.
