Key Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare food by hand following Chipotle's standards without using freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
Handle multiple workstations effectively, gaining proficiency in grilling, cashiering, preparation, salsa making, and expediting orders.
Candidate Requirements
You should be at least 16 years old with a positive, enthusiastic attitude and a genuine passion for serving both customers and teammates. Effective communication skills in the primary language of the workplace are necessary. An eagerness to learn extensive cooking techniques and develop professionally in the food service industry is essential.
