Role Overview

As a Client Services Associate, you will partner with senior stakeholders at major companies and manage consulting engagements end to end. You will develop your own client portfolio, connect clients with highly qualified freelance consultants from a global network, and oversee projects from early scoping through successful completion.

You will join an expanding team working at the edge of innovation in the consulting sector, with strong opportunities for learning, mentorship, and career progression.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate with C-level leaders to shape their most important consulting assignments.
• Create precise project briefs, assess consultant profiles, and source specialized expertise to build strong candidate shortlists.
• Prepare consultants for interviews with clients and share prompt feedback afterward to improve conversion.
• Run the review process with clients to agree on the best consultant for each assignment.
• Handle negotiations between clients and consultants so that scope, deliverables, and pricing are all finalized.
• Close high-value agreements between clients and consultants and consistently work toward ambitious targets.
• Track ongoing consulting work and look for extension opportunities together with top consultants.

Requirements

• You should be graduating from, or have already graduated from, a leading university with strong academic results.
• At least 6 months of professional experience in sales, business development, or consulting is required.
• You need a strong track record of working toward and surpassing targets.
• Interest in the consulting industry and emerging work trends is important.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities are essential.
• You must be able to work from the Berlin office.
• English fluency at C1/C2 level is required.
• Knowledge of other European languages at C1/C2 level is a plus.
