About the role
This opportunity is for an experienced C++ engineer who wants to contribute to AI training work. You will join a large coding community of more than 100,000 professionals across front-end, back-end, full-stack, machine learning, and other engineering backgrounds, all helping improve real-world AI systems.
The work combines flexibility with technical challenge. You will collaborate with advanced AI models on coding-focused tasks such as solving difficult programming problems, creating polished applications with strong functionality, and drawing insights through data analysis and visualization. The output you produce helps refine intelligent systems so they can continue learning and improving over time. Some people use this as a side engagement alongside another job, while others make it their main focus and choose projects and schedules based on their own availability.
How the process works
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that serves as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will become accessible through the platform.
Responsibilities
- Create and solve varied coding challenges that support AI model training, with particular attention to Android-related development.
- Produce well-structured code examples along with clear explanatory notes.
- Review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- Share feedback that helps improve the next version of the models.
Qualifications and eligibility
This role is open only to applicants located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. It is an independent contractor position, and payment is handled through PayPal, which also manages any currency conversion from USD.
Applicants should have native or bilingual-level English fluency, strong grammar and writing ability, and a bachelor’s degree that is either completed or still in progress. Experience with Kotlin is preferred, and you should be proficient in at least one of these languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift. Prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer is an advantage.
Pay and contracting details
Compensation is hourly, beginning at $50 to $100+ per hour, with higher pay available for some assignments. You can choose the projects you take on and decide when to work, using your own computer from home.
