Back-end Executive

Role Overview

The Back-end Executive will oversee daily updates and management of backend data and records with high accuracy and confidentiality. They will ensure seamless coordination with field teams and internal departments to guarantee timely completion of pending tasks and maintain up-to-date case records.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and update backend data and records on a daily basis.
• Generate detailed reports, MIS, and Excel spreadsheets professionally.
• Utilize advanced Excel capabilities including formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation for data processing and reporting.
• Prepare and format professional documents using MS Word.
• Maintain precise documentation and case records.
• Coordinate efforts between field teams and various internal departments.
• Follow up and ensure the timely completion of pending cases.
• Handle data with thoroughness, confidentiality, and careful attention to detail.
• Engage in professional communication in English via email and other business channels.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formula usage and data management skills.
• Strong skills in MS Word document preparation and formatting.
• Experience in data handling with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Effective organizational and coordination abilities.
• Good command over professional English communication.

Additional Information

Salary is INR 10,000 to 13,000 per month.
