Job Summary

The role of Associate Proposal Developer involves supporting the preparation of proposals and budgets tailored for clients and the global sales division. This position is aimed at candidates with a minimum of one year’s experience, located in cities such as Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Pune, or Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Request for Proposals (RFPs) and craft appropriate proposals and budgets.
  • Assist in various proposal development tasks to meet customer and organizational needs.
  • Formulate scopes of work along with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure proposals maintain high-quality standards and adhere to compliance requirements.
  • Manage and update proposal-related databases and reporting tools.
  • Engage actively in meetings with customers and internal teams to advance proposal objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or closely related disciplines.
  • Minimum one year of direct experience dealing with proposals or a relevant professional background.
  • Familiarity with the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry is advantageous.
  • Competence in MS Excel and Word for documentation and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities combined with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret RFP documents effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
