About the Internship

Join Iron Lady as a Talent Acquisition Intern and gain practical exposure to recruitment and HR functions while sharpening your skills in MS-Excel and English communication. You'll play a vital role in attracting skilled talent and strengthening our workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and shortlisting candidates for various job openings within the organization.
Schedule and coordinate interviews and evaluations for prospective hires.
Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Use MS-Excel to manage recruitment data and performance metrics, supporting ongoing process improvement.
Work alongside the HR team to devise innovative hiring strategies.
Keep candidate information precise and current in our recruitment database.
Help promote the company’s employer brand to attract qualified applicants.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must commit to a full-time, onsite internship.
Internship start date should be between July 11, 2026, and August 15, 2026.
Must be available for a six-month internship duration.
Possess relevant skills and a keen interest in talent acquisition.

Stipend Details

The monthly remuneration ranges from ₹12,000 to ₹15,000, including a fixed component of ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 and additional incentives between ₹2,000 and ₹3,000.
